Fast Equipment Servicing
Call us for a Fast Equipment Servicing onsite service when your thermal processing equipment malfunctions or goes down. Whether it’s a small problem or a big issue, we provide emergency 24/7 and non-emergency services.
Custom Packaged Systems
Many of our clients come to us because they can’t find an out-of-the-box solution that fits their needs. And, they are concerned that they’re not as efficient as they could be.
Installations & Commissioning
Our engineers can provide start to finish, turnkey installations on any combustion system. The installation of a combustion system is a critical part of the project. The proper installation of each component is essential for the equipment to function together as a system.
And if you need project management help or onsite supervision of third-party installations to ensure NFPA86 standards are met, contact us. For years, we’ve worked closely with outside vendors and contractors. Additionally, we offer training and technical consultation when needed.
Along with the installation, we can train your staff and provide regular servicing and maintenance
Ensuring our client’s success and safety is our top priority; that’s why we provide in-house training for your process heating systems. We will develop specialized training for your specific requirements that match your equipment and team needs.
The training includes preventative maintenance, best practices, component identification and function, FAQs, and common troubleshooting techniques. We have 40+ years of field experience and know-how to train staff effectively.
Burner Rebuilds / Upgrades
When your process is down, waiting weeks or even months for delivery of a new burner is not always an option. We may be able to rebuild and/or enhance your used burner to perform better than new.
Let us help you find a solution that meets your needs. Our engineers can inspect your burners to determine if a rebuild is a viable option.
Reliable & Accurate Calibrations
Trimble Combustion Systems is here to make sure your equipment is working at peak performance. And we know how vital accuracy is. That’s why we calibrate our instruments regularly.
Our trained engineers offer calibration testing that complies with federal, state, and local laws. Once we confirm your equipment is installed correctly, our engineers will calibrate it to meet NIST standards. Along with our fast service, we provide the certified documentation you’ll need for your records.
Some Temperature instruments we calibrate include:
- Temperature Baths
- Temperature Controllers
- Temperature Gages
- Temperature Inputs
- Temperature Limits
- Temperature Probes
- Temperature Recorders / Chart Recorders
- Thermocouple Simulation
- RTD Simulation
Our capabilities are constantly expanding, please call or email our office for more information or to obtain a quote.
Annual Safety Audits
Per the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) standards 86/87, burner system safeties shall be tested annually.
Our detailed safety testing procedure will identify shortcomings to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the combustion system.
Trimble’s expert service engineers can provide inspections and safety checks to meet your annual NFPA86/87 requirements. After our inspection, we’ll give you an informative, detailed, yet easy-to-read written report.
The inspection includes:
- Bubble test of safety shutoff valves, pilot solenoid valves, vent valves, and equipment isolation valves
- Calibration check of high and low gas pressure switches
- Running interlock checks on all safety devices
- Flame safety function testing
- FM & GAP (IRI) compliance checks
Our report includes a list of underperforming and non-compliant components. Keeping a log of these inspections helps us track and predict any upcoming issues that could cause industrial burner system equipment failure and spot any unusual or concerning equipment trends.
